Recovery requires changing more than what you do; it involves changing how you think and who you want to become. In the first session, we will review the steps required and agree on the action needed to work towards your recovery.

Payment Information

Ashes to Beauty Counseling accepts all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Shelia currently accepts Aetna and Blue Cross insurance. She can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement for those with other insurance providers. Please check with your insurance company to determine if your plan has out-of-network benefits.

Please note: If you are unable to attend a session, kindly cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the total session rate.
